Rs. 27,700 – 44,770/- including DA and other allowances.



Goa Judicial Services Civil Judge  - Eligibility Criteria
 
  • Candidate should be a citizen of India.

  • Age of candidate should be 35 Years or below.

  • Candidate should have completed law education from a recognized university.

  • Candidate of the SC and ST category will get 3 years of upper age relaxation.

Preliminary Examination is a kind of screening test which consists 100 marks (MCQ) questions out of which 90 marks covers following subjects:-

  3. The Specific Relief Act, 1963
  4. The Limitation Act, 1963
  5. Sale of Goods Act, 1930
  6. Indian Partnership Act, 1932
  7. The Code of Civil Procedure, 1908
  8. Transfer of Property Act, 1882
  9. The Easement Act, 1882
  10. Family Laws in Goa including Hindu Laws and Muslim Laws
  11. Land Laws
  • The Goa, Daman & Diu Agricultural Tenancy Act, 1964
  • The Goa, Daman & Diu Mundkars (Protection from Eviction) Act, 1975
  • The Goa, Daman & Diu Buildings (Lease, Rent & Eviction) Control Act, 1968 and Rules, 1969
  1. The Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973
  2. The Indian Penal Code, 1860
  3. The Evidence Act, 1872

Goa Judicial Services Civil Judge - Viva Voice

Viva Voice is an Interview round carrying 50 marks. Candidate needs to score minimum 20 marks to get selected.
