CLAT Admit Card 2020 Download, Release Date (May 2020)


 

National Law University will releases CLAT Admit Card 2020 in the Last week of May 2020. You can download the Admit Card from the CLAT official website – clatconsortiumofnlu.ac.in.

  • Candidates have to enter the Registration ID and Password to access CLAT 2020 e-ticket.
  • (NUSRL), Ranchi will conduct the exam for 2020.
  • Major changes were introduced in the CLAT Exam Pattern.
  • Candidate must carry a valid photo ID along with the hall ticket on the examination day.
  • The pen-paper-based exam will be conducted in about 40 cities across India this year.

CLAT Admit Card 2020 Download

Step 1: Visit the official website i.e. clat.ac.in

Step 2: Navigate to the top right section of the CLAT 2020 login page.

Step 3: Then click on the 'Admit Card/Hall Ticket' tab.

Step 4: Enter the registered email ID and password and submit it.

Step 5: A drop-down column with 'Assessment' 'Course' and 'Action' will appear as choices.

Step 6: Click the "Generate" button. Check and download the CLAT Hall Ticket.

Step 7: Take a print out and check the details carefully.

Details mentioned in CLAT Admit Card 2020

The data mentioned in the CLAT 2020 Admit Card are as follow:

Candidate Details

  • Name - the same name of the candidate appearing for the exam will be mentioned in the document as mentioned at the time of CLAT registration.
  • Father and Mother’s Name - It is the name of the parents of the candidate as given when the application form is filled out.
  • Date of Birth - it is the date on which a candidate was born and should be the same as mentioned in the Class 10th passing certificate or any other official certificate issued in the name of the candidate.
  • Application No. - digits or application number produced at the time of registration and issued to the applicant.
  • Roll Number - CLAT Committee is responsible for allocating the roll number to the candidate.
  • Program Name - it is the name of the law program for which the candidate is seeking admissions. The programs offered are 3 year LLB, 5-year Integrated LLB, and LLM Programs.
  • Category applied under - name of the category to which the candidate belongs. Categories are General (Gen.), Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Specially Abled Persons (SAP), Non Residents of India (NRI), etc.
  • Photo and Signature - Photograph of candidates uploaded in accordance with the guidelines defined by the authorities at the time of application for CLAT 2020. Candidates must sign in the presence of the watchdog with the exam date and must be the same as the specimen signature.
  • Invigilator Signature - an empty box is provided in CLAT Admit Card where the invigilator has to sign at the examination hall on the examination day.

Examination Details

  • Exam Center City - it is the city where the Common Law Admission Test will be conducted on the scheduled date and time.
  • Exam Center Address - it is the address where a candidate has to report to appear or give the law examination.
  • Exam Date and Time - it is the date and time schedule on which the exam will be conducted by NLU Ranchi.
  • Reporting Time - the time when the candidate has to report at the venue or location on the exam date.
  • Exam Day Instruction - these are a few guidelines and instructions that must be strictly followed by all candidates for the CLAT exam. The instructions are listed below:
    • In case, the photograph and signature are not properly visible on the admit card, then carry two printouts of the admit card. He/ she should paste his/her recent color passport size photographs and sign them.
    • Report at least one hour before the exam starts.
    • Candidates will not be allowed to enter the examination hall after 30 minutes from the start of the examination.
    • If a candidate is found using unfair means, he/she may be barred from taking the exam.
    • Rough work is required to be done only in the space available in the exam booklet.
    • All electronic gadgets such as mobile phones, electronic watches, calculators and other such devices are prohibited.

The admit card is issued by the Common Law Admission Test. NLU Odisha will hold the exam this year and issue the document.

Yeah, it's all right to carry a copy of the document in black and white. Its not compulsory to carry coloured printout at the examination center.

There are about 40 CLAT Exam Centers reserved for this year. In case of any change then the authorities will inform all the candidates about the same.

The candidate will not get any hardcopy of Admit Card. Visit the official website of CLAT 2020 to download the document.

Log in to your registered e-mail account to know the Login ID and Password. Upon successful registration, NLU Cuttack will send a confirmation email with your ID and your Password. Candidate can also click on the ' Forgot Password ' option to restore their password.
