CLAT Reservation 2020, Seat Allotment in NLUs

CLAT Reservation 2020: National Law Universities (NLUs) grant the reservation of SC / ST / OBC / PH seats and the women's categories. All NLUs have their own CLAT Reservation policy. The criteria are considered primarily during the seat allotment process or at counseling time. The counseling will begin in the month of July or August 2020 via online mode for the next session.

The result of CLAT 2020 will declare in the month of July 2020 by the exam conducting NLU. The exam will be held on June 21, 2020 (Date Extended) in pen-paper mode. Read more about the Reservation Policies issued and defined by the participating NLUs.

Seats Break-up for UG & PG Courses

All NLUs are segregating seats according to the category of candidates. The total number of seats offered this year is around 2175. Seat distribution is done considering the following seat category:

The number of All India Seats for the NLUs undergraduate program is 1308.
Total 621 seats are available for candidates of the same state where NLU is located.
235 seats are reserved for Special Category candidates.
